Today the EHFC Board & CWWA Board members met virtually to surprise T. Duncan Ellison, the former Executive Director of CWWA for 16 years and an EHFC Board Trustees for over 20 years in the renaming of the CWWA Safe Water Award to the T. Duncan Ellison Safe Water Award sponsored by the CWWA. Congratulations! Duncan and the first two recipients of the award Public Health Inspectors, Ken Cross, CIPHI SK Branch and Debra Mooney, CIPHI AB Branch.
