FightBAC Consumer Food Safety Campaign
The Environmental Health Foundation of Canada is a founding member of the Canadian Partnership for Consumer Food Safety Education. The Environmental Health Foundation of Canada will be providing community action kits to all health departments across Canada. There are currently 48 consumer, environmental health, industry, and government organizations who are partners in a major national food safety campaign which has been launched. There are four major messages promoted as part of Phase One: Chill promptly; Cook thoroughly; Separate don't cross contaminate; and Wash hands often.
