Donor Recognition Program

The Environmental Health Foundation of Canada (EHFC) is pleased to announce the creation of a program to recognize those who make financial contributions to the Foundation. Without these donations the ability of the Foundation to implement and continue its community projects would not be possible. The Donor Recognition Program is one small way that the EHFC can thank those who generously support our goals and objectives.

The following donor categories have been established.

$5,000 and more	Patron	$10,000 and more	Corporate Patron
$2,500 to $4,999	Benefactor	$4,999 to $9,999	Corporate Benefactor
$1,000 to $2,499	Advocate	$1,999 to $4,999	Corporate Advocate
$100 to $999	Supporter	$250 to $1,999	Corporate Supporter
$25 to $99	Donor	$50 to $249	Corporate Donor

In addition, Patron and Corporate Patron , Benefactor and Corporate Benefactor and Advocate and Corporate Advocate donor categories will receive a Plaque of Recognition ; Supporter and Corporate Supporter category donors will receive a Certificate of Recognition and Donor and Corporate Donor category donors will receive a Letter of Appreciation .

Further recognition will be provided on the EHFC web site for Patrons and Corporate Patrons , Benefactors and Corporate Benefactors . A special designation of " Champion " or " Corporate Champion " has been established to recognize individuals or corporations that support the EHFC in a way other than a single donation.

An official tax receipt for the amount donated and specifying the date donated will be issued by the EHFC pursuant to the Income Tax Act.

Requests for anonymity will be respected.
